President Baiyu Liu meets Oxford University SU President

President Baiyu Liu and President Shermar Pryce, 15 August 2025

LONDON, 15 August 2025 -- Mr. Baiyu Liu AMBCS FRSA MIoD, President of the King's College London Students' Union ("KCLSU"), met the President for Communities and Common Rooms of the Oxford University Students' Union ("OUSU"), Mr. Shermar Pryce at the sidelines of the annual Russell Group Students' Unions ("RGSU") Conference at the Queen Mary University of London. They discussed cross-university collaboration between both leading research institutions.

President Liu and President Pryce had a mutual exchange of ideas and shared in their ambitions to ensure Students' Unions remain student-led. The two Presidents shared their experiences in student leadership and common commitment in ensuring that member Students' Unions of the Russell Group Students' Unions ("RGSU") remain accessible and relevant. They also shared their common experiences as members of underrepresented groups and social media advocacy.

President Liu learnt about how the OUSU is run and the University of Oxford's collegiate system.
