Baiyu Liu has been elected as the next President of the King's College London Student's Union ("KCLSU").
LONDON, 14 Mar 2025 -- Baiyu Liu has won a decisive victory in the KCLSU leadership race, with the broad-based support of the whole King's College London community.
President-Elect of the KCLSU Baiyu Liu said:
"I would like to thank the students of King's College London for their support and the mandate to lead. To those who voted for me - thank you for your trust and I will be forever grateful. To all the other candidates: thank you for stepping up and supporting student democracy, your participation and willingness to step into the spotlight makes our democracy stronger and more resilient.
I will be a KCLSU President for all King’s students and deliver for all King’s students. Student voice will remain at the centre of my work as your KCLSU President because representation matters.
I look forward to working with everyone in the King’s community to create a more inclusive, more affordable, and more supportive university. I especially look forward to learning more about the work of the dedicated and hardworking KCLSU staff who support our student democracy and activities."
